The Greater Belhaven Foundation and the Belhaven Garden Club work together to organize this annual neighborhood block party- a fun, festive, family-friendly event for neighbors to come together and celebrate Halloween! The event is held on the closed-off block of Belvoir Place, which is transformed into a spooky wonderland with Halloween-themed decorations, lights, music, carnival games and food trucks. Belhaven Boo provides neighbors with a safe and fun fall evening for children to trick or treat. We hope you'll join us! $5 general admission for children and adults.
