Welty at Home Virtual Book Club

Mark your calendars! Welty at Home returns on September 14 with a special bonus session featuring author Ralph Eubanks, who will appear at the 2026 Mississippi Book Festival later that month. Ralph will join us to discuss his latest book, When It’s Darkness on the Delta.

Then, on September 28, our next series discussing Eudora Welty’s The Golden Apples will begin. We will read and discuss one story from the collection each week, take a brief fall break on October 26, and conclude the series on November 23. Discussions take place at noon CST and are led by Suzanne Marrs, Eudora Welty’s friend and biographer.
