Welty at Home Virtual Book Club

The Eudora Welty House & Garden hosts an online book discussion. Discussions facilitated by Dr. Suzanne Marrs or a guest scholar. On Monday, September 14 at Noon CST Welty at Home will host a bonus discussion to promote a Mississippi Book Festival Author and preview the upcoming series on The Golden Apples. Then, starting Monday, September 28 at Noon CST we will spend several weeks reading and discussing The Golden Apples by Eudora Welty. We will read and discuss one of Welty’s short stories per week, and conclude our discussion on Monday, November 23. There will be a brief fall break on Monday, October 26 while Suzanne is travelling.
