Eudora Welty Library is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Jackson at 300 North State Street. The 45,000 square foot building also houses the Information Resource Center with 40 public access computers, our Interlibrary Loan Department, the CABA legal research computers, the Mississippi Writer’s Exhibit and the Administrative Offices for the library system.
Our children’s area features a large collection of picture books and juvenile fiction and non-fiction. The Autism Resource Center is also housed in the Welty Children’s Area.
